Ships within USA. Including the U.S. Territories, APO & FPO addresses ONLY.

We ship most orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them.

Standard Shipping: 3-9 Business days.
Most orders will be shipped via Post Office.

BlueMall Return Policy

For a STANDARD return, please follow the steps outlined below: (Standard products include but are not limited to: Non-OEM CellPhone, MP3, PDA, and GPS accessories.)

1. Obtain a RMA# within 45 days from the original shipped date by contacting us via email: BUY@BARGAINCELL.COM or via phone: 1-626-800-4008 Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm PST.

2. Please provide the following information when requesting RMA #: Original order number, SKU, name of product, quantity being returned, reason for return, your name, daytime telephone number and e-mail address.

3. Return the merchandise within 15 days of the RMA# is issued. Print the RMA # clearly on the outside of the package. PACKAGES WITHOUT A Return Authorization # WILL BE RETURNED BACK TO THE SENDER.

4. Verify that all merchandise is in the original packaging with the UPC or bar code intact, and that all components, manuals, cables, and accessories are included.

5. If you are returning your product for a refund please be advised we do not refund shipping charges.

6. For your protection, use a "traceable" shipping method. We are not responsible for any return package that is lost or damaged during transit.

For a SPECIAL return, please follow the steps outlined below: (Special returns items include but are not limited to: OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) items, Toys, Outdoor Accessories, Bluetooth's, Cameras, Portable Televisions/DVD players and Retail Packaged items).

1. Verify that all merchandise is in the original packaging with the UPC or bar code intact, and that all components, manuals, cables, and accessories are included. Exchanges will be for unopened, unused products only.

5. If the special return item is defective, we will need the product back for testing. Once tested and determined defective we will process an EXCHANGE ONLY for the SAME DEVICE.

8.Unless defective, a 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returned unopened or refused packages.

9. We do not accept returns or exchanges past the 45 day warranty period. If the item is OEM Many manufacturers offer additional factory coverage. If you have purchased the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) item with the retail packaging, please refer to the Manufacturer's Warranties Policy.
